Of course! We're happy to take out the trash, bring in the mail or newspaper, alternate lights, and water plants. Pet waste pick-up is also included. We use only biodegradable bags.
We sure do! Most of our business tends to be with dogs, but we love our feline friends too! We'll tend to their every need, including playtime, ear rubs, belly scratching, brushing, food, water, medication, and cleaning the litter box.
Sure will. Unlike daycares and kennels, who frequently won't accept pets that aren't spayed/neutered, we don't have that limitation. Since the care is done in your home, and your pet is never exposed to other pets outside of your household, there is less risk.
We require proof of current rabies vaccination.
We can.  We're very experienced with administering both oral medication and injections.  Rest easy!
Give us a call to discuss this. If your pet has a bite history, unfortunately we cannot watch him/her. Other, lesser aggressions can sometimes be worked with, we'll need to evaluate the situation.
We can, but they must be indoors while they are in our care. They'll still get their outdoor walks and play, but we cannot accept the risks associated with outdoor only pets.
We know you're busy. You can log on to our website or use our mobile app 24/7 to book new visits, cancel visits, or just take a look at your schedule. You can also update profile information, such as new pet instructions, home information, and credit card billing.  Of course, if you're not an "online" kind of person, we'd still love to hear from you on the phone!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well asVisa/Mastercard branded debit cards. In addition, we accept electronic check/ACH payments.  We try to do everything we can to make our services convenient and easy for you, and we never charge you an additional fee for using a credit or debit card. If you are a weekly client, we will automatically bill your credit card on file at the end of the week. For overnight/vacation care we will bill your card at the end of the visit. Your payment information is stored in our secure online credit card processing system, WePay by Chase.  WePay is a certified PCI/DSS compliant system.
We understand that plans change.  We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel regular visit appointments; 48 hours’ notice to cancel pet sitting (overnight or tuck-in) services.  If you fail to notify us within this period 3 times per calendar year we will be forced to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.
We service Acton, Ayer, Bolton, Boxborough, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Harvard, Littleton, Maynard, Pepperell, Shirley, Stow, and Westford. If your town is not listed give us a call and we'll see what we can do. If you're nearby we may be able to serve you. If not, we'll try to refer you to another qualified pet sitter.
